Free Salad or Smoothie for a Year Giveaway

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of New York State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of It's Not Easy Being Green LLC d/b/a Leaf & Ladle, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on September 22, 2025 and ends on October 4, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). If fewer than 1,000 eligible entries are received by October 4, 2025, the Promotion Period may be extended until at least 1,000 eligible entries have been received.

3. How to Enter

• Purchase Method: Come into It’s Not Easy Being Green, LLC d/b/a Leaf & Ladle at 13 Forester Ave, Warwick, NY 10990 and make a purchase of any salad or smoothie to receive one entry. Online orders placed directly through Sponsor’s website or ordering platform also qualify. Orders placed through third-party delivery services (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub) also qualify. Limit one (1) entry per guest check per week, regardless of the number of qualifying items purchased.

Limit: Maximum of two (2) entries per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries in excess of this limit will be void.

4. Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive “Free Salad or Smoothie for a Year,” consisting of one (1) salad valued up to $11 or one (1) smoothie valued at $8 per week for 52 consecutive weeks. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): between $416 and $572, depending on item selection.

The prize entitles each winner to one (1) eligible item per week during the 52-week period. Items may not be combined, stacked, or carried over. If a week is missed, the winner forfeits that week’s item, and no credit or substitution will be provided. No cash or prize substitutions permitted. Prize is non-transferable.

5. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. For example, if 1,000 total entries are received, each entry has a 1 in 500 chance of winning. Since each person may submit up to two (2) entries, a participant with two entries would have approximately a 1 in 250 chance of winning. If more than 1,000 entries are received, odds will be lower.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 5, 2025, or within two (2) days after the minimum of 1,000 eligible entries has been received, whichever is later, from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone or email within 3 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 10 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of It's Not Easy Being Green LLC d/b/a Leaf & Ladle, which are final. It's Not Easy Being Green LLC d/b/a Leaf & Ladle reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winners may be asked to allow It's Not Easy Being Green LLC d/b/a Leaf & Ladle to use their name, likeness, and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes, including on social media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Participation in publicity activities is voluntary and not a condition of winning.  The Sponsor intends to announce the winners’ names on its social media channels.

11. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
